I’m going to go out on a limb here and say this song is about sex. “Navigate me through your body. Navigate me…..I love, the way. You tug on top of me.” BOY, PREACH. This newest injection into the Sex Me Song Playlist comes from Cute Is What We Aim For. You may be more familiar with their “Curse of Curves” but this song is sex on a stick. Thank you to the lovely Gabrielle for sending me this little gem, making her the first person ever to recommend a song for the Sex Me Song of the …you get the picture. She’s also the only person to ever recommend a song so if you stumble across this blog and fall into the trap of reading through past Sex Me Song posts and you then see that your musical needs for sex are not being met then I invite you to message me what makes you hot to trot and it may find its way on to here. I know what you’re thinking—that was a massive run on sentence. I’m kind of okay with it though. I can’t guarantee any thing because some of you are real freaks but hey, I’ll listen at least.
Any ways, back to the task at hand. I like to think of this song as a blow-by-blow commentary on a sexual endeavor. For those who are new to the game, it’s a good sort of beginners manual if you will. It tells you where on the body to start and in which direction to go (always down). It tells you where to place your hands if you’re not certain. It really is quite convenient and considerate to the timid ones. Which reminds me, if you’re still in braces and timid..then you’re timid for a good reason. You’re not ready for a sex me song playlist. Go make a dry hump and make out playlist. I recommend something like “My First Kiss” or “Kiss Me.” “Navigate Me” is only for those of us who have graduated from sailing college and know our way through some bumpy seas.
Now that we have that cleared up, let “Navigate Me” navigate every crest and trough of your erm…voyage. Hey there, Sailor ;)

This song wins for so many reasons. The Killers are a fabulous band. “When You Were Young” definitely tugs at the heart strings of every girl who has a damsel-in-distress fairy tale in their head. Just so you know, you might get your Prince Charming after all but he might not be at all what you pictured when you were young, pun intended. This song really lends itself to some passionate, raunchy romping in the sack. (run on sentence alert) It starts off nice and slow but gets into the mix quite nicely, has a wonderful interlude so you can switch things up, maybe swap a kiss or two, and then ultimately leads up to a fantastic climax, again, pun intended. It has a really nice beat and rhythm that even monkeys can get down to so for those of you rhythmically-challenged Caucasian people, fear not. I suggest following up with “Read My Mind” or playithe two on loop, only if you’re both Killers fans though. Until next time, have fun bumping uglies!

p.s. I am always accepting recommendations for the Sex Me Song of the …whenever. So if you have any songs you’d love to see on this play list, lemme know! Someone actually messaged me one today and I can’t wait to review it. You have no idea how excited I was to know that one person actually reads my tumblr. I’m practically famous.
Thanks to The Wanted and “Glad You Came,” I have a new-found fervor for getting this Bad Larry going again. I have a few songs in mind that would be perfect but just in case I get a little frigid in the thought department, I’m keeping them on reserve and spacing them out. I just HAD to post this sucker in here now though. I thank my friend, Amit, for introducing me to this. Yes, the original of “Feeling Good” is fabulous and timeless but Muse’s cover of this tune just sort of unlocks a quirky door in your brain that can’t be shut. From the very beginning, the tone of the song makes me want to unleash my naughty, exhibitionist side, perhaps purchase a stripper pole, and generally get on with my bad self. And then from there Matthew Bellamy’s voice has me dreaming in burlesque (not to be confused with the Xtina movie). This without of doubt deserves a spot on your sexy time playlist so get some burgundy candles and velvet drapes.

Basically, if there’s a song you’d like to get down to and add it to your sexy time playlist (at least that’s what mine is called, I don’t know about you), then send me on the song name and why. Who knows? Maybe you’ll inspire a post.
